Will my glasses fit?
The case is made for frames up to about 148 mm (5.8 in) across, with lenses up to 50 mm (2 in) tall. That covers most everyday glasses and sunglasses, from readers to aviators. It is not made for wraparound sport frames or rimless shields. Check your frame above, or write to us with a photo.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship from New Jersey within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after shipment.
Where is my order?
When your order leaves New Jersey, we email you its tracking link. You can also track it here.
How much is shipping?
U.S. shipping is $5.75, and complimentary on orders of $23 or more.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet. We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Can I return it?
Yes. Unused cases in their original pouch can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
How do I clean it?
Rinse with lukewarm water and mild soap, then let it air-dry. Avoid solvents and abrasive cloths.
Where is it made?
Our cases are designed to our specifications and made in China, then packed and shipped from New Jersey.
