Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders ship from New Jersey within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.

Carrier and delivery time
Orders ship via USPS. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take longer.

Cost
Orders under $23: $5.75 flat rate.
Orders of $23 or more: complimentary shipping.
The rate shown at checkout applies to your order.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Address accuracy
Please check your address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us within 12 hours and we'll update it before it ships.

Undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll refund the order minus the original shipping cost.

Delivered but not received
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and allow 48 hours, then write to us at support@sonnaer.com.

Damaged or delayed parcels
If your order arrives damaged, see "Damaged or incorrect items" in our Refund Policy. If it has not arrived within 10 business days of shipment (20 business days for Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses), write to us at support@sonnaer.com.
