Refund policy

Returns
You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Condition
Items must be unused and in their original frosted pouch, with the cleaning cloth included.

Sets
Individual items from a set are refunded at one third of the price paid for the set.

Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order.

How to return
Write to us at support@sonnaer.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Return shipping
Return shipping is at the customer's cost.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to process it. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, write to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping. There is no need to send the item back.
